xsl adding a namespace
Hi James,

In other words, you want to move all the elements from your source
into a new namespace. To do that, use the <xsl:element> element to
create a new element with the same local name but the new namespace
that you want, as so:

<xsl:template match="*">
  <xsl:element name="{local-name()}" namespace="http://www.books.com">
    <xsl:copy-of select="@*" />
    <xsl:apply-templates />
  </xsl:element>
</xsl:template>

Cheers,

Jeni
