xmlns xsl
You want all literal result elements in the stylesheet to be in the
xhtml namespace not no-namespace so mobe
xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"

from here
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en" lang="en">

to
here

<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
version="1.0">

so it looks like

<xsl:stylesheet
 xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"
 xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform" version="1.0">

You will need similar declarations in the stylesheets
../xsl/libTemporal.xsl etc that you are including if thise stylesheets
also have literal elements that you want to be xhtml.

By the way there's no real need to do:

<xsl:element name="table">

you can just as easily do

<table>
