And you have managed to find an interesting niche thereby. It is a bit puzzling, since it does seem a rather obvious application -- but as you found, the XSLT requires a bit of creativity: it isn't trivial. :->


BTW, if you're interested in tree-drawing algorithms, just ask.

Also, I think it helps that you approached the task by first building that metadata layer, whereas most of the web site drivers so far (whether public or private) have gasped their way across the finish line -- sometimes in fine form, too! -- without building the higher layer, instead slating it for version 2.
