format 0000
Hello,

Using XSLT 2.0, is there any easy way to format numbers, lets say to:
###,###.0000 (most interested in displaying 4 decimal places).

While were at it, how about dates? If I need to format a date to,
MM/DD/YYYY,
is this accomplished easy enough?

Karl
