To point it out: I have to manipulate the contents of the nodes and
therefor I apply <xsl:element name="{name()}"> and
<xsl:attribute name="{name()}"> on these specific nodes

in both cases and it'll do the right thing.

I have to manipulate the text content of these nodes (for the ones,
that have "[]" around themselves, I use a separate lookup table,
replacing the actual [value] by the one I found).
