RTF's aren't nodes in xslt 1, you'll need to use an extension function
to turn your one into a nodeset. Xalan has nodeset(), you just need
to declare the namespace. See
http://xml.apache.org/xalan-c/extensionslib.html#ex-nodeset 
for an example.
