XSLT does the tree-walking part under its own power, and the document() function would give you access to the other files. You could just use xsl:copy-of on the node sets it returns, introducing whatever wrapper elements you needed (or copying them from the OPML) to preserve the hierarchy. The stylesheet could be quite small (maybe as little as two or three templates). Cheers, Wendell
