RE: attribute order

Actually this is addressed in the XML 1.0 specification, section 3.1
(http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/REC-xml-20001006#sec-starttags)
"Note that the order of attribute specifications in a start-tag or
empty-element tag is not significant."
