assigning html in a string
Hi,

There are three tables within respective layers.
I need to assign them to three DIFFERENT string variables.

string1 = <table name=table1"></table>
for eg:
string1= (could be as follows)
	<table name="table1" cellspacing="2" cellpadding="2" border="1" >
		<xsl:for-each select="//trendanalysis">
		<xsl:sort	select="result" order="ascending"></xsl:sort>
			<xsl:if test="result[not(./text()=preceding::result/text())]">
			<xsl:variable name="preval" select="result"></xsl:variable>
				<tr>
					<xsl:for-each select="//trendanalysis">
					<xsl:sort	select="result" order="ascending"></xsl:sort>
						<xsl:if test="result=$preval">
							<td width="90">
								<xsl:value-of select="resultvalue"/>
							</td>
						</xsl:if>
					</xsl:for-each>
				</tr>
			</xsl:if>
		</xsl:for-each>
	</table>

string2 = <table name="table2"></table>
string3 = <table name="table3"></table>
Using javascript I need to manipulate the table structure.....to move it
from left to right, top to bottom and vice versa.
How can I achieve that ? Please help !!!

Thanx,
Seema.
