Re: xsl-fo:header, body, and footer overlapped

Thank you, Wendell.  I did not try that because I
found the problem after I got a big collection of
testing data.  But 'margin-bottom' does solve my
problem. 

I should have know 'margin-bottom' though I am really
quite new to xsl-fo.
