generate xml from excel file

Hi,
I am seeking  help from listers  who could share the experience to transfer
msoffice excel worksheet data into xml file.
or provide me some reference I could use.    Because some of cell
contains a large set of data using **alt** **enter**
as line break key,  and they cause the problem that  before a complete
recordset is completely read and jump to next one.
I understands it is not a xslt related problem, but it is the one I might
get
help.  sorry.
