This is a) always true (there's at most one attribute named Type) and b) no answer to the original question. Unfortunately there's no way to access the other nodes of the context node-set, unless you know how the node-set was constructed. So testing, once you found a Type attribute, wether or not its parent element (the context node) is the first one of its kind in the context node-set, isn't generally possible.
