Hello everyone,
Having tested several parsers on my stylesheets to see if they could pass on any situation, I tried iXSLT. I immediatly got an error of the version number of my stylesheet ("1.0"). I didn't see any rules concerning this number, so is "1.0" ok ? Another problem I got, after changing the version number, is the following error : Error XSE0087: The value of the count attribute on <xsl:number level="any" count="*[*/caption and name(*)=$ln_subframe]" format="1 "/> is invalid. The part of the code is the following : <xsl:variable name="ln_subframe" select="name(*)"/> <xsl:number level="any" count="*[*/caption and name(*)=$ln_subframe]" format="1 "/> To explain briefly : I can have several kind of element in my frame (figures and tables), and I want to number them, each one with their own count of course, and only if they have a caption. Xalan, saxon and oracle parser does pass on that one, but not iXSLT. Is the latest restrictive, or the others too comprehensive ? -- Paul TERRAY - Ingénieur Systèmes Documentaires Centre d'affaires - 22, rue Etienne de Jouy 78353 Jouy en Josas CEDEX Tel. 01 34 58 70 70 - Fax. 01 39 46 06 90 email : terray@xxxxxxxxxxxx XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
