RE: Clarification on node-set definition

A node-set has no intrinsic order, but many of the operations on node-sets
are defined to handle the nodes in document order: e.g. xsl:for-each and
xsl:apply-templates, and conversion to a string (which takes the
string-value of the first node in document order).
