Updated Benchmark Available

In response to the comments I got back from releasing a benchmark of XSLT
processors I have updated the figures. You can get the latest results from:-

The main change is moving to JDK1.3 for most tests and setting initial and
maximum heap sizes for the Java based processors. This resulted in quite a
speed up for some of them.

I have also added results for JavsSoft XSLTC and Oracle J V2 to the data
sets along with extra information about how the tests were performed.
