RE: Create text file

An empty stylesheet will output just the PCDATA text, but it will also
output an XML declaration, which you probably don't want, so add an
xsl:output element to specify that you want plain text output:

  <xsl:stylesheet version="1.0"
xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform">
  <xsl:output method="text"/>
  </xsl:stylesheet>
