page break after always
Hi, Rick:

	I used your suggestion to do page break:
		<div style="page-break-before: always" />
and it worked real well. But when I tried to break after with:
		<div style="page-break-after: always" />
It didn't work at all. Any idea why this is the case?

Much thanks,

Xiaocun Xu
