 <xsl:if test="Password">
  <td align="center"><xsl:value-of select="Password"/></td>
 </xsl:if>

Won't suit your need.

How would this be a problem?

Adding & removing columns arbitrarily might mess with your layout, so
you may need to adjust a colspan on a nearby element using the same
test.
