 And the example to go with this, for the real idiots like me who only plagiarise? Check pages 113 and 114 where I am obliged to use exclude-result-prefixes in order to prevent embedded top-level documentation from triggering the serialization of a namespace declaration. If you think more words are required, let me know and I will ensure it is fleshed out next time around. Will that be in the next update?
