I think Dave accidentally gave the wrong link for the XSL editor tool. The
alphaworks XSL editor is at 
http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/xsleditor

DDbE is also a tool by alphaworks, but it has nothing to do with XSL. It's a
tool that constructs a DTD or schema from one or more XML documents.
