FOP fo:page-number-citation (was RE: table of contents)

I'll hold my breath - I need fo:page-number-citation to generate a table of
contents with page numbers.


Meanwhile, is there a sensible work-around for putting page numbers in a
table of contents?

Alternatively, does anyone know that I shouldn't bother trying to find one?
