Yes, it's an obvious (and long-standing) omission from the samples issued
with the product. I've put a sample of the required servlet code on the
SAXON discussion list at http://saxon.xsl.listbot.com/ (message 53). It's a
bit simple-minded, if anyone would like to offer an improved version, please
feel free.
