RE: Announce: IBM XSL Editor

To run the IBM XSL Editor from alphaWorks you *must* use Swing 1.0.3 with
JDK/JRE 1.1.  You cannot run this tool under JDK 1.2.  We are considering
putting the required JRE in a follow-up release.
