As is mentioned here just about every day, the MS/Datachannel XSL processor
released with IE 5.0 supports only parts of the Dec 1998 working draft of
XSL (this was before XSLT and XPath were separate drafts), and it adds some
of its own stuff on top of that. You cannot, at this time, expect to use IE
5.0 to process XSL stylesheets that are conformant with any other versions
of the specs.
