round()
Hi,

 The spec says:
"The round() function returns the number that is closest to the argument and
that is an integer. If there are two such numbers, then the one that is
even is returned."
(6.2.4 Numbers)

 Does anybody has an explanation why, in the halfway cases, the even number
is the one to be returned (instead of the bigger one, as is usual and would
be expected)?

 Thanks,
Jakob.
