Does anyone do xlink in xsl?

Hello x-hounds:

Does anyone out there in xsl-land use xlink in their xsl documents?

If you do, can you tell me what the advantages are over using it in the
xml document or disadvantages?

Is it simply better to just use regular html style links for now in the
xsl document?
