feature request: selecting references to an ID

I would like to be able to select all elements where an IDREF equals or
IDREFS includes a given ID. As far as I can tell, this can't be done in XSL
currently

It can be done for just IDREF if you know the attribute name but not IDREFS
because, while you can select for attribute value equality, you can't select
for attributes containing a particular string.
