There's no need to code your TeX macros in TeXML. You use XSL to
translate a document conforming to your DTD into a document conforming
to TeXML.dtd. The TeXML document may invoke your TeX macros, or any
others, which remain as regular TeX. You process the TeXML document by
first converting it to TeX.
