I've looked, but I can't find it.  Shouldn't there be something in the
requirements draft that I could point to and say "Aha, this is why
XML + Javascript (er, ECMAScript) syntax is a better choice than Scheme
syntax"?  In my opinion, if the choice is to be considered justified, 
the basis ought to be more explicit.
