 Sorry.
I want all the elements that are in http://somenamespace.com namespace to be
prefixed and remove xmlns attribute for the elements which are in
nonamespace
Here is my input and the expected output
<envelope xmlns="http://somenamespace.com"> <!-- prefix this element with
some prefix -->
<Header xmlns=""> <!-- remove xmlns attribute for this element -->
