Although saxon calls for  the same order as xt it really doesn't
work at all that way.

When you download the saxon software it tells you that the 
syntax should be 
saxon filename.xml filename.xsl -o outputfile.html

However, I found after several errors that it really didn't like
that and I tried the above order.  It works, that way and give no
complaints.
