To preserve the value of the prefixless and xml-prefix-only MicroXML
profiles (James Clark's revisions 1 and 2) how about giving a name to
a profile with prefixed attributes (attributes owned by a namespace)?

 

Say 'Extended MicroXML' (or even MicroXML++ or MiniXML).
