[ANN] XSL-FO 2.0 requirements published

The W3C XSL Working Group has published a requirements document
for the Extensible Stylesheet Language (XSL) Version 2.0 [1],
along with a Survey to ask potential implementors and users for
feedback on the relative importance of the proposed new features.
