Examples of information, which can't be modelled that way ?

Maybe you know tasks, in which unique xml-elements appears each
milli-second, micro-second, that it's impossible to 'create table' or
'alter table' manually in time ?
Can auto-creating (without participation of man) and auto-altering
solve task ?
