Further to our discussions earlier this year 
regarding code lists (controlled vocabularies of 
lists of coded values), draft 1 of version 0.7 of 
the Universal Business Language Code List Value 
Validation Methodology can be found here:

It was with this version of the methodology and 
associated files that I prepared the 
defaultCodeList.xsl component in the val/ 
subdirectory of UBL Public Review Draft 3.  This 
component is used in the second phase of a 
two-phase validation approach to the validation 
of UBL XML instances, where the first phase is 
structural validation using XSD and the second 
phase is coded value validation using ISO/IEC 
19757-3 Schematron as implemented in XSLT.
