  Hi

  I wasn't able to find in the XPointer specifications the
answer to a simple question: "Which namespace bindings will
contain the result of evaluating an XPointer?"  In the
following example, are we guaranted the result tree will
contain the binding for the prefix 'ns1'?  And 'ns2'?

    XPointer: element(/1/1)

    Input:
    <elem xmlns:ns1="ns1" xmlns:ns2="ns2">
      <ns1:elem/>
    </elem>
