Certainly, some percentage of those in thralldom will get dragged along (err) by the horns. But I'm more optimistic, and I don't think the CxO office is going to easily let their developers go whole-hog back down the "fat client" chute. Shrink-wrap software that can carry its own baggage won't be limited; they'll just depend on making sure all their customers have upgraded with enough silage so that their fat clients have a place to sit. Enough analogies. :) Sell your stock. Longhorn is going to seriously bring down the value of that little software company in the US northwest. /r$ -- Rich Salz Chief Security Architect DataPower Technology http://www.datapower.com XS40 XML Security Gateway http://www.datapower.com/products/xs40.html XML Security Overview http://www.datapower.com/xmldev/xmlsecurity.html
