BSI could easily assign an OID to the U.K. government under 1.2.826.0
or 2.16.826, analogous to 2.6.124.101, the Government of Canada OID.

Most languages are dramatically underdescribed, and at least one is
dramatically overdescribed. Still other languages are simultaneously
overdescribed and underdescribed. Welsh pertains to the third category.
