I am happy to announce the release of the latest version of Topologi's Collaborative Markup Editor.

The editor has been designed to address many of the issues that other editors ignore:

* special tools for marking up non-WF document fast and productively
* special tools for manipulating whitespace and breaks
* immediate feedback on XML syntax makes the editor good for training
* immediate feedback on regular expression syntax helps tame even complicated search patterns
* documents up to 8 meg
* open and start editing any document immediately: does not require configuration
* fast search and replace: what one famous competitor takes 16 minutes to do, we take 8 seconds!
* extra help for Unicode and encoding problems
* clean-up HTML with bundled Tidy
* Schematron, RELAX NG, WXS, XML DTD and SGML DTD validation
* read and and write to ZIP files
* view and sort all validation results
* built-in peer-to-peer networking helps teamwork: workers can exchange and annotate screenshots, send messages, and view each other's directory diaries

Version 1.1.1 adds support for RELAX NG compact syntax and Examplotron schemas,
upgrades some libraries, and has some fixes.

The editor has introductory pricing of $59-95 for unsupported individual licenses, and 
$5,000 for supported-site licenses. A free 30-day evaluation version is available. A free 
license is available for use in training courses and for charities.

The Windows version of 1.1.1 is online now. Versions for other platforms will appear in
the next few days.
