Since the expression about patent of the technology in the following site seems to
be misstranslated, I want to correct it.

The meaning of that part in its Japanese version is as follows:

As far as I know, it has not been filed yet in Japan.
Since I cited "ZXML --- XML compression" in the previous mail, the method which 
uses a CSV form in XML documents is the prior art.
