The three frequent workarounds for this issue are:
1) Use another schema language (Relax NG does this very well) instead of
W3C XML Schema.
2) Write a laxed schema with W3C XML Schema (most of the time using
xs:choice/@maxOccurs="unbounded" instead of xs:all) and add Schematron
rules to do the additional tests.
3) Wrap all what's hurting W3C XML Schema into container elements to fit
all the restrictions of xs:all.
