So why not declare it as a new SGML subset 
based on a Declaration file?  Then you 
are on equal terms.  That certainly isn't 
the XML subset.

Marketing?  Ok.  Standard?  You have a 
real uphill battle for that one regardless 
of licensing terms.

ConciseXML is a new syntax.  It is *not* the XML 1.0
syntax, however, any XML 1.0 document is a valid
ConciseXML document.
