  Because that would force any XML-1.1 conformant processor to implement
normalization checking, and we are doubtful about its feasability.
CR stage is the right time to get feedback on this issue, so if there are
pointers to algorithm, code, existing processors doing such checking
we would really appreciate implementation comments on this issue (then
please provide a copy of the mail to the list
www-xml-blueberry-comments@w... ).
