DecisionSoft have released two perl utilities for working with XML
files.  Both use only standard perl modules and therefore should run
from almost all perl installations.

o xmlpp   : provides pretty indenting and formatting of XML files.
o xmldiff : provides "diff" style output comparing two XML files.
            (requires diff and xmlpp)

Both are available from:

These are released under a BSD style opensource licence.
