Don't suppose anyone has had a go at or knows of a transformation from MathML to English? Blind people using screen readers cannot use the visual presentation provided by MathML supporting browsers and so I was wondering whether anyone might have looked at an english translation? I can't see any reason why it couldn't be done straight forwardly enough if it hasn't already? As a very simple example the visual representation (4 + 5)/3 would be converted to "open bracket four plus five close bracket divided by three" to give you an idea of what I mean.
