Well...first you need to find a current copy of the PRBSml XMLSchema, and a 
validating parser so that you can ensure that your press release is valid and 
apply a bit of SOAP cleanup so that the web services will be kept happy. Then 
you need to get someone to give you the appropriate XPointer to the XPath 
where you will find various <journalist/> abstract types in a suitable 
namespace (make sure they are qualified, the unqualified ones will cause you 
grief) ready to XSLTransform your release into a format suitable for the public.

Other than that, I don't know what to tell you.
