newbie question

com.ibm.xml.parser.parser
XML Gurus,

I am a newbie to XML.
I am interested in knowing some of the good XML
Editors - FREE (where I can also use XSLT/DTD/XML
Schema).

In addition to that, I would like to know about the
setup procedure for XML4J Parser(Java). I am not able
to compile my first parser file. It says-

****************************************************
package com.ibm.xml.parser does not exist
import com.ibm.xml.parser.Parser;
                          ^
cannot resolve symbol
symbol  : class Parser
****************************************************

I am using JCreator(IDE) and I have customized JDK
Profiles in Customize tab.
Is there any other point I am missing ?

Thanks for your time. I greatly appreciate your
assistance.

Thanks in advance.

Pandu
