The think about TupleSpaces that pops my cork is the simple conceptualization
of a http based read/write information space for XML instances. A two way
web - not for
web pages - but for app developers to use as a verrrry loosely coupled platform
for info storage/retrieval.

The XGrid notion of XML processing power "on tap" for executing XML
processing pipelines
that I talked about at XML USA 2001[1] needs this sort of thing .

WebDav is another alternative for this two way web base layer. I'm looking
into both
both for XGrid at the moment.

Sean
