A fine FAQ it is too (nice Semantic Web intro at the site as well), but note that there is now "Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 RTM .This is the RTM (supported, production quality) release of Microsoft® XML Core Services (MSXML) 4.0". http://msdn.microsoft.com/downloads/default.asp?url=/downloads/sample.asp?ur l=/msdn-files/027/001/766/msdncompositedoc.xml XML support is good, and scripting XML either client- or server-side is remarkably straightforward (once the SDK is installed). Shame about MS's site...
