Use of XML in Canadian Federal Government?

I'm doing some research for some curriculum development and would like to talk with someone who is familiar with how XML is being used in the Canadian federal government.  I don't want to clutter up the list with the discussion, but if you are willing to answer a few questions, please contact me offlist.
